2. Original Registrar Access

With the original registrar access, you get direct control from the registration company. Please note:

• This access is provided only after full payment.
• Once access is granted, we will not be able to assist you with any issues, as we will not have access to the account.
• Refunds for this access are only available within 3 days. After that, you will not be eligible for a refund.

All responsibilities regarding the domain rest with you after receiving original access. We will not be liable for any issues that arise once the access has been provided.

2. Need for Cooperation

For customers who opt for original registrar access, please understand that:

• We cannot assist you without access to your account.
• You are expected to handle all support and issues independently.
• Any changes you make will not be covered by our support.
